Mr. Oram has over 25+ years experience in water quality analysis, soil science, geology, watershed management, well construction, groundwater and data interpretation and is a licensed Professional Geologist. Mr. Oram has a Master of Science in Environmental Pollution Control for The Pennsylvania State University and a BS degree from Wilkes University. Mr. Oram is the owner of B.F. Environmental Consultants Inc. Expertise in inorganic and microbiological analysis and quality control and quality assurance programs, hydrogeology, product development, and citizen outreach programs.

Mrs. Susan Gallagher
Susan Gallagher is Chief Naturalist at Carbon County Environmental Education Center. She was hired at CCEEC in 1989, shortly after receiving her BS in Environmental Studies from East Stroudsburg University. She is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, a member of WNEP-TV’s “Pennsylvania Outdoor Life” field staff, and an avid runner. Along with husband Jack, and dogs Rocco and Keiser, Sue lives in Weatherly.
